Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photo evidence of the damage or defect for verification purposes.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once we approve the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a faster and smoother exchange process.


Refunds

ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider.
