We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for verification.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products, hygiene items, or medical supplies)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@medicurepharma.com.pk with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once we approve the return, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
