Thank you for shopping with Medicure Pharma. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within Pakistan:

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (charges may apply)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions Currently, we ship within Pakistan only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 21medicure@gmail.com or +92 300 0562121. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
